Hi I am editing a Video in CapCut and have it generate automatically subtitles. Now I want to change the position of the text boxes bur if moving one box the others are not moving to the same position. Someone know how to move alle at once and to the same position? Thanks!!

So I have the basic version of CapCut and at one point when I exported a video an add popped up saying I can get CapCut pro for free by downloading the desktop version using a specific code. First question: is this actually legit? Like can I actually do that? Second question: if it is legit what happens if you lost the code?

Then you download a capcut exe to install but this time upon install it shows a popup when you log in to insert the invitation code that is also shown in the link. However capcut seems to know if you had it downloaded on desktop previously. I tried to get it on two of my alt accounts and it wouldn't let me.

 

Unfortunately ByteDance doesn't specify the minimum/recommended hardware requirements for CapCut PC. I'd go out on a limb and make sure you have at least a 5GB buffer AFTER the estimated exported file size.

Best alternative to Capcut in PC? I think Capcut is the best software to edit quick videos right now but there are some...problems that really get me on my nerves on PC. I can't upload media too big...so I can't create HQ videos.

 

The CapCut project files should be located in the "CapCut Drafts" folder that is created in the same drive you installed CapCut to. If you're in CapCut on the right side of the screen in the Details section you can see the exact location where it's saved in the "Saved" section.

 

I was recently using capcut pro with a monthly package and after the month I wanted to use the yearly version and paid the money. But apparently cap cut automatically deducts my money to pay for the next month which means that now I have both the monthly and the yearly package. So is there any way to delete the monthly package and get a refund?
