Regular unencrypted email is not secure. Never include personal or confidential information in a regular email. To discuss your personal information with us safely send us a message via one of our secure message centers (the RBC Direct Investing secure message centre for example) or contact us by phone.

 

If you are accessing Online Services through a device which is not your own you should take precautions to ensure that your personal information remains secure at all times. Users with Service Request access can send RBC a secure message using the ?Message to RBC? request type.

I received an HTML page from a financial institution that is a a saved version of a page rendered from res.cisco.com the email is sent from the institutions domain. Opening the page in VS Code shows it's loaded with obfuscated JS... the email instructs me to load the page register using my email via the link in the page. I can't imagin anything more suspicious than this... seems like a scam ...
