Whenever I open any browser (Internet Explorer Firefox or Chrome) or Windows Explorer / My Computer and when the information is more than what the screen can fit the screen will scroll to the Bottom of the Page. Even if I go back to the Top Of Page the screen will again scroll back to the Bottom or End of Page.

My computers operating system is Windows Vista currently I cannot get past the BIOS loading screen once in a blue moon I am able to log onto the account. Once there I checked all the drivers were updated removed all recently installed hardware even programs a month old and nothing So after I tried the system restore point option.

My internet explorer has been hijacked by 'Dosearches' which is hidden and not in the Control Panel or anywhere else I have looked on the C drive. At one point weDownload Manager-bho.dll was visible but when I highlighted it it disappeared.
